1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging Risu Consulting (“the Company,” “we,” “us”) for consulting services, you (“the Client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

The Company provides professional consulting services as described on our website or in a specific Statement of Work (SOW). Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • Timelines provided are estimates and depend on the Client’s timely cooperation.

3. Fees and Payment

  • Pricing: Fees for services are outlined in your individual proposal or SOW.
  • Payment Terms: Payments are due within 15 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
  • Late Fees: Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of professional consulting, services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property (IP)

  • Our Property: All methodologies, templates, and tools used by the Company remain our exclusive property.
  • Client Property: Any data or materials provided by the Client remain the Client’s property.
  • Work Product: Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for their intended internal business purpose.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, trade secrets, and business data strictly confidential during and after the term of the engagement. This does not apply to information that is already in the public domain.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Risu Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit) arising out of the services provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 60 days written notice. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the effective date of termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian law & jurisdiction of Courts in Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Force Majeure

Risu Consulting will not be responsible if services cannot be provided due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, calamities etc.)

Note: These are general terms. A service agreement / engagement contract will be signed between us and the Client
